RCI-4100 and RCI-4100IS
The Robway RCI-4100 primary function as an RCI/RCL/LMI and suitable for a wide range of crane types and capacities.
Applicable crane types include Lattice and box boom crane, telescopic boom, knuckle boom and overhead gantry.
Measurement types include Hoist Rope Tension and Load Moment (hydraulic luffing pressure and luffing rope tension)
The Robway RCI-4100IS is and Intrinsically Safe Rated Capacity Indicator specifically designed for offshore cranes
operating in hazardous areas. Robway Controller has two types, a Flameproof Controller Enclosure (hazardous areas)
and Stainless Steel Enclosure Controller (safe cabins)

The RCI-4000 systems were manufactured and sold from 1995 to 2008. In February of 2019 Robway announced that is will no longer be able to service existing RCI-4000 systems due to component obsolescence issues. The Robway RCI-4100 system is the successor to the previous RCI-4000 system.
RCI-8510
The Robway RCI-8510 Controller System was designed to satisfy most global Rated Capacity Limiter and control
requirements in accordance with ISO 61508, functional safety of electrical electronic programmable safety-related systems.
A full range of sensors for both load moment and hoist rope tension load monitoring is available.
The RCI-8510 also has mathematical modelling capabilities that can utilise manufacturer's dimensional,
mass and CG data for load calculations.

RCI-1550 Tower Crane System
The Robway RCI-1550 suits all types of tower cranes, (hammerhead/saddle jib, luffing and fixed jib) is easy to use and operator friendly.

The HRT Dynamometer is a 3-sheave pulley type load sensor which is rigidly-mounted at a suitable location along the hoist rope on the boom.
Robway WS3P
The Robway WS3P wireless transmission of wind speed, temperature and air pressure measurements and alarm triggers. Users can view hourly records and charts from the past 12hours on different pages of the LCD display with backlighting.
